Abstract

Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) in adults is a rare malignant neoplasm. Most of the cases were in children. The recurrence rates are high and prognosis is guarded. Confirmation requires immunohistochemistry (IHC). We report a case of maxillary Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) with involvement of sinus in a young adult male patient. The lesion was fast progressing and diagnosed with the help of IHC. Management includes surgery along with Multidrug Chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
